Part meditative music video, part contemplative nature documentary, Autumn’s Breath tells the visual story of the extraordinarily beautiful fall of 2022 in southwest Michigan. Featuring stunning drone footage of public park land and selections from Tom Ryberg’s “Breathing Music,” Autumn’s Breath is a love letter to fall in the Great Lakes.

This project grew organically from a combination of hobbies: photography, therapeutic morning walks in the woods near my home, and making music with my friend Tom Ryberg. Autumn 2022 where I live was one for the ages visually, and my only real goal with this project was to share the beauty I experienced everyday in the woods with others, set to some equally gorgeous music made previously by Tom. -Andy Helmboldt
