
Ok gang, time for a little New Years Four-Week Reboot. (And a new blog section on my website – welcome!)
Rules:
1. No (right-handed) disc golf for four weeks. I strained my elbow back in August doing bad field work and the tendonitis is not going away on its own. Duh. Rest.
2. Every day before 9:00 AM:
- Calisthenics and stretching
- Healthy breakfast
- 40-minute walk in the same new woods
- 1 photo, regardless of quality, phone camera only
3. Every day after 9:00 AM:
- Get to work
- Drink full pitcher of water by supper time
4. Journal here for solidarity and accountability.
